88.1

Hey everybody! So many of you have probably heard that our request for the 88.1 frequency was denied recently. It's lame. I have to say at the beginning, I was kind of frustrated with the decision the CRTC made and I didn't like it at all. OR the fact that yet another secular station is going to be filling that spot instead of us.

Here's what I do know. God moves and works through everything, and our opinion on what is "good" and what is "bad" for us is usually pretty far from what God is doing. I could say some big deep thing on the matter, but honestly, what gets me from day to day is putting my trust in God. I don't have a vision of what is to come, or some profound reason as to why we did't get 88.1. I just know that trusting that God will use me has always produced a good result. I've never been let down. So if this situation has got you in a funk, cut it out. We're only limited by just how much faith we choose to put in Christ. Clearly it wasn't meant to be, but something else is.

I'm stoked for whatever is going to happen next with Trust ministries. I don't even know what that might be, but I'm super excited for it.

I recently met a whole bunch of guys who are going through the same things I used to deal with when I was younger, like drugs, drinking, anger, etc. and it's awesome, because not only is it giving me perspective on who I was, and who I am now, but a whole bunch of them are going to be listening tomorrow to 3SN! I am STOKED yo.
